It’s the first time I’m reading Uppercase magazine and I can honestly say I enjoy it a whole lot more than Flow. The articles are well written and have great personality, the content and subject matters interesting, and I like the clean layout paired with the occasional bit graphic design. It’s the kind of magazine I can see myself cutting up to pieces and pasting into my journal, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on how you look at it.
I’m not sure if I’ll be a regular reader of Uppercase just yet though – maybe if the images in the other issues intrigue me. I’ve stopped collecting magazines as they take up too much space, love collecting dust and get all lopsided over the years. So if the price point and scrapbooking potential comes together I will seriously consider it. And if I get another copy, I’ll definitely read it before I destroy it.
