a brick exterior retro cool building in fukuoka, japan. this is one of the earliest shots i took of the city as we headed towards the hotel from the airport. it may be a smaller and ’shorter’ city in contrast to tokyo, but it’s still fairly dense and i reckon the traffic is worse!

a wet and dreary morning glimpse outside our room window in tokyo just before checking out. it was a lot more mistier than this, but the contrast button works wonders.

one of my final parting shots of tokyo as we zoomed off in our cars towards our next destination. in-car photography is an important skill to master when one travels on-the-go.

gorgeous little traditional figurines displayed outside a japanese restaurant in the new otani hotel in fukuoka, japan. i think it was for the nearing children’s day festival, but i can’t say for sure.
