wow. i can’t believe i’ve made it this far. 300 photos, and despite one major blunder, i picked myself right back up, created a cooler site, solved some web-based problems, and went on posting. i am now down to 44 four and five star images leftover in aperture. i guess that means i have to continue processing my photos again, and once i’ve completely run out in 9 days or so, start slowing my postings down to as and when, which would be a good idea too so i can finally hook it up to twitter without spamming my followers.
other than that, i’m trying to figure out how to get twitter hooked up to this site. there are a bunch of wordpress twitter widgets available, so let’s hope the first one i decide to try out works well and suits my site. i’m also thinking of getting a tag cloud, but to be honest, i really don’t like how some of the tags are bigger than the rest. i’d rather they just come out as an entire list with no difference in font size regardless how many photos are on that tag. off course, having tags would also mean a potentially really long sidebar, which i’m not so keen on either. so i will have to keep that in mind. perhaps i should have added subcategories instead. hmm…
but i’m rambling here…
so, once again, thanks for sticking with me thus far. i do have lots of potential photos i have yet to process, so i’m not going to be abandoning my site anytime soon. although, i may disappear when i head off on my white fluffy stuff trip early august sans 5d mkII but i’ll be bringing the g10 along :)
